INSIC Wall-Socket – Light Ring Indicates Power Consumption

Designed by Muhyeon Jake Kim from Korea, the INSIC wall-socket has a light ring around its outlet and a digital indicator that illuminate in such a way that displays the energy utilization of an electronic device that plugs in. The ring turns blue if the connected device is in standby mode and turns orange once the device starts working. If there is nothing plugged in, the ring and the indicator will remain uncolored.
