Self-Powered Car Having “Dot” Tires

Designed by Dongil Kim, this is a self-powered car that uses the rotation of its own wheels to produce energy. The car’s special purpose wheels are wrapped with dot-like structures which convert kinetic energy into electricity as they hit the road. This means the higher the speed the more the electricity produced. In addition, the vehicle’s body can change its color according to the battery as well as the speed.
