Too Beautiful To Be Water Bottles

This is a line of water bottles manufactured by a company called KOR in collaboration with RKS Design, a world-class design firm based in Southern California. Unlike any other water bottles, the KOR vessels are so eye-catching that people would want to use them for purposes different from the intended ones rather than throwing them in to a garbage dump. This means fewer bottles in a landfill. And, this is exactly what KOR expects to see happening.

“We believe that well-made, beautifully designed products are inherently more sustainable than commodity products that are quickly discarded and end up in landfills” KOR says.

Since the bottles are made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan™ and food grade 18/10 stainless steel, they are not only friendly to the environment, but also to the human beings and their health.

Moreover, the bottles come in four different colors. Interestingly, each color represents a single water-related issue; Blue – Ocean protection, Orange – Container recycling, Green – Watershed protection and Red – Global water crisis.
