Water Bottles Become Flower Vases

Flower Vases Made by Reusing Discarded Plastic Water Bottles

Instead of letting used plastic bottles end up in landfills, the designers at the Canadian design studio “Human Republic”, has sorted out a creative approach where those water bottles can be turned in to flower vases by reusing them creatively. In this design, the water bottles are suspended on a metal frame (=12 gauge stainless steel) contoured in the shape of a classic flower vase, and according to them, each bottle represents the heart and the soul.
The vases available as small (single, 9″ x 4.5″ x 2″) or large (triple, 9″ x 11″ x 2″); both are currently in production and will be available at the end of this year (2011), the holiday season.
The single vase will be $65 and the triple vase will be $75.
